Ex-Straford grey roof 47100 'Merlin' heads down the goods loop for the western docks, with a special BOC tanks working which would have originated @ Ditton on Merseyside. It would have been conveyed by Speedlink trunk services as far as Eastleigh. This trip lasted for around 6 weeks and was a result of a fault in the Liquid Oxygen plant @ Fawley from memory. It was also the first freight traffic into the Western Docks for a good 10 years!
